7. Use a short and scientific title for your Instructional Course abstract.
8. Courses should follow the themes and topics of the conference.

12. All submissions are reviewed by the scientific committee after reviewing all courses before final approval.
13. The factors and criteria for successful submission and acceptance are:
* Topic of interest – we attempt to have most topics of interest covered by courses, trying to avoid having repetition of the same topic.
* Level of the course stated – basic/advanced.
* Selected topics as identified by the scientific committee may result in courses to be invited if no submissions have been received on those topics.
* Courses with international faculty from different countries have a higher chance of acceptance.
* Courses that are novel and have not yet been held may stand a higher chance of acceptance.
* The submission should be as complete and informative as possible about course content; short or unclear submissions are unlikely to be successful.
– All abstracts must be submitted in the presenting author’s name
– The results section must be sufficiently detailed to support the conclusions
– The Scientific Committee will only accept abstracts that include completed findings or conclusions
– Abstracts must not contain references or acknowledgments
– When using acronyms or abbreviations for the first time, spell them out fully and place the acronym in parentheses. The abbreviation may be used thereafter
